On this episode of Talking Buffalo, Patrick Moran is joined by Joe From Queens to discuss the Buffalo Sabres game four road domination of Boston that has them within a game of advancing in the Stanley Cup Playoffs in addition to thoughts and reaction from the 2026 Buffalo Bills draft over the past few days.
Last Thursday the Sabres took back home ice advantage with a 3-1 win in Boston. On Sunday they took a stranglehold on the series. Buffalo didn’t just beat Boston, they embarrassed them on their home ice, 6-1 in a game that showed Buffalo’s clearly the superior talented team. The guys discuss the excitement of just being one game away from a second round meeting with either Tampa Bay or Montreal.
Meanwhile another NFL Draft has come and come and Brandon Beane made seven trades, including six that had them moving back. In the end Buffalo ended up selecting nine players and the guys have plenty of thoughts on each of them, what they liked and disliked the most from this draft, where they think the Bills roster stands after the draft, what moves may still be out there to come and much more.
