On this episode of Talking Buffalo, Patrick Moran is joined by Buffalo podcaster and blogger Chris Ostrander just minutes after the Buffalo Sabres stormed back to beat the Boston Bruins, 4-3 to take game one of the Eastern Conference quarterfinal playoffs.

The Sabres looked like toast after falling down 2-0 in the third period and lacked energy, which trickled some into the crowd. But Tage Thompson literally changed that with two goals to tie it before Mattias Samuelsson netted the go ahead goal and Alex Tuch gave them insurance (they’d need) with an empty net goal in a nice play by Thompson.

The guys talk about the good, bad and ugly of the game which of course there was plenty of all it. What matters most is the Sabres take game one of the series. Plenty to talk about!
