On this episode of Talking Buffalo, Patrick Moran is joined by Matt Warren from SB Nation to discuss where some of the biggest question marks on the Buffalo Bills depth chart currently are as well as potential solutions.

At least in the eyes of Patrick, Bills general manager Brandon Beane has done enough with the additions of DJ Moore, Bradley Chubb and CJ Gardner Johnson among others that there isn’t one specific glaring need for them at the top of the draft–which to some extent may allow the team to simply take the best player available regardless of (some) positions.  However, when you take a deeper look at the roster, there’s certainly areas that are lacking much if any kind of real depth behind the expected starters.

The guys discuss some of these positions, including linebacker, defensive edge, boundary cornerback and offensive tackle.

They also go over why it would be very surprising to see the Bills address certain positions in the draft anytime before the mid-to-late rounds, those positions including running back, tight end, interior offensive line and safety.

Matt also responds to Patrick’s take that wide receiver in the first round is almost certainly off the board. That plus some general NFL talk and plenty more.
