On this episode of Talking Buffalo, Patrick Moran is joined by SB Nation’s Matt Warren to formally put a bow on the Buffalo Bills 2025 season—awards show style as they highlight the best and worst of the season both individually and from the team.
Patrick tasks Matt with coming up for a season-ending award for a bunch of categories and they include: Team MVP, Offensive Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, Best Rookie, Most Disappointing Rookie, Best Offseason Move, Worst Offseason Move, Most Pleasant Surprise, Most Disappointing, Best Game, Worst Game, Best Play and Worst Play are all handed out. Some of them require deep thought and discussion while others were cut and dry. The guys also try to name at least one honorable mention for each awards as well.
Also, what did Matt think of the Super Bowl and did New England getting thoroughly beaten soften the blow of the Bills falling short yet again in the playoffs? Does he think New England was simply outclassed on that particular day and does he see them as a team that should be a big Super Bowl favorite next year or did they just have (a ton of) lady luck on their side in 2025?
That plus the Bills are once again among the top early offseason Super Bowl favorites for next year and tons more.
